1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Email address — if you enter it in the sign-up form that may appear when you visit the site.
- Phone number — if you continue to the phone step of that form.
You choose whether to submit these. You can browse the software listings without entering anything.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system and device type.
- Approximate location: city, state or country, derived from your IP address or passed to us by the ad that brought you here.
- Campaign data: the page address you arrived on and tracking values in it, such as a click ID, an offer
slugand similar campaign, publisher or placement parameters. These tell us which ad or link you came from. - Timing: how long you spent on the page before submitting the form, which helps us spot automated submissions.
2. How we use information
- To operate the site and show you the software offers listed on it.
- To process the sign-up form you submit, including saving your email address and phone number with our partner platform.
- To place an automated verification call to the phone number you enter, when that step applies, and to confirm your submission.
- To contact you by email, phone or text about offers, if you agreed to this when you submitted the form.
- To measure which ads and links work, and to credit the correct source (attribution).
- To detect duplicate clicks, bots and fraud, and to keep the site secure.
- To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Use.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information for money. We do share it with others as described below, and some state laws may treat these disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing”; see Section 5 for how to opt out.
- Partner platform and marketing partners: your email address, phone number, IP address and campaign data are sent to the platform that processes our leads and to partners that provide the offers or services you asked about.
- Advertising and tracking networks: we send a click or campaign ID (not your name, email or phone number) to the networks that run our ads so they can record that a visit or sign-up happened.
- Service providers: companies that host the site, deliver it faster (such as a CDN), or help us operate it, who may use the data only to provide those services.
- Legal and safety: where required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, users or the public, and in a merger or sale of our business.
When you click through to a software vendor's website, that vendor's own privacy policy applies. We do not control what they collect.
4. Cookies & third-party content
The public pages of this site do not set cookies of their own. Some content on the site is loaded from other companies' servers, such as style and icon libraries and product logos. When your browser fetches that content, those companies can see your IP address and basic browser details.
If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
5. Your choices & rights
- Marketing: you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing us. You can also reply STOP to a text message or tell a caller to stop calling.
- Access, correction and deletion: you can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of sale or sharing: you can ask us not to share your information with partners for marketing.
- State and regional rights: depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, including the right not to be treated differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will reply within the time the law requires.
6. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting who can access it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, or longer if the law requires, and then delete or anonymize it.
7. Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a material change, we will post the new version on this page.
